1021 SM型三聚氰胺系减水剂

　　 本品为水溶性改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂系高效减水剂。具有非引气、低碱、高减水、有效控制混凝土泌水及增强性能，特别是具有减少混凝土收缩等特点。与萘系减水剂相比，三聚氰胺高效减水剂的优点是：减水率高、无缓凝、增强作用显著、硫酸钠含量低、不含氯离子，对胶凝材料品种适应性强，和其他外加剂的相容性好。可以完全取代萘系高效减水剂或与其它外加剂复合使用。本品符合GB8076－1997国家标准高效减水剂指标。
一、适用范围
1、用于铝酸盐水泥制作耐火砼，110℃烘干及高温（1000~2000℃）下的抗压强度提高60～170%。对纯铝酸钙水泥有极佳的适应性。常用掺量为胶结材的0.5~1.5%。可以应用于制作定形、不定形耐火砖及耐火浇注料等。尤其适宜配制低水泥量耐火浇注料。掺加SM后，可以明显提高耐火材料的抗压、抗折强度，降低耐火材料的显气孔率，提高密度，延长使用寿命。
2、制备浇注设备基础的灌浆料，制备自流平地坪材料。在非金属耐磨地坪材料（干粉砂浆）、自流平砂浆及自流平彩色砂浆等中得到广泛应用。它可以提高地坪表面的硬度及光洁度，不产生龟裂，色泽和顺鲜艳。
3、可以应用于α、β半水石膏及硬石膏粉中，减水率大，增强效果非常明显。掺量为石膏粉重量的0.5～1.2%。改善石膏浆体的塑性粘度，同时可提高石膏制品的表观光洁度、耐久性、抗磨性等。配制高强石膏、石膏制品的流动性、抗压强度、抗折强度、抗渗性、表面光洁度和弹性均有改善，使石膏模具周转率增加4～5倍。
4、适于配制商品混凝土、泵送混凝土、流态砼、高强高性能混凝土、免振捣自密实混凝土、蒸养砼，高强砂浆。
5、适于配制耐火混凝土、蒸养混凝土、清水混凝土、装饰混凝土，彩色砼。
6、可以作为防水材料的主要组分，提高混凝土或砂浆的抗渗能力。也可以与UEA等材料作为混凝土的组分配制结构自防水混凝土。
7、作为油井水泥的高效分散剂应用于油井固井工程中。本产品已在大庆油田得到广泛应用。
8、制品塑面光亮、光滑、坚硬耐磨、花纹清晰，红、黄、绿等各种色彩都鲜亮、持久如新。
9、三聚氰胺高效减水剂的颜色为白色，不引气，因此适合于清水混凝土。
10、三聚氰胺在低温下也无沉淀产生，有利于冬季施工。
11、三聚氰胺在提高早期强度以及无加气性使其在预制混凝土方面应用比较理想，适用于蒸养制品。
12、三聚氰胺高效减水剂收缩较小，控制泌水较好，大量用于地砖制造的光亮剂。
二、主要性能
1、本品为无色或淡黄色透明液体，无毒、无腐蚀、不燃。
2、减水率15～30%。砼1d强度提高40～100%，7d强度提高30～70%，28d强度提高30～60%。
3、本品纯度高，故冬季使用无结晶现象。
三、匀质性指标
1、外观：白色粉末（粉剂）；透明液体（液剂），有相当粘性（用手触摸可辨认）。
2、Na2SO4含量：3.0~4.0%。
3、表面张力（1%浓度液体）（71±1）×10－5N/cm。
4、氯离子含量：0.3~0.4%。
5、pH值：7~9。
6、安全性：无毒、无污染。
7、有效含固量约为40%，比重约1.2（用比重计可检测）。
8、关键性能：分散能力，是对光亮塑面、增强、耐磨，特别对色彩持久性起关键作用的性能。简单检测方法：将少量水泥面料与水拌成团状（水灰比为0.3，或更低），然后，加入面料量2%的光亮剂，充分搅拌均匀，这时，团状物应变成稀浆，放在玻璃板或塑料膜上，能完全流平，多次堆起，能再流平，关键是要能持续相当的时间，如30min以上。
9、产品稳定性可达八年：即使反复经历冷冻、结冰、溶解，也不影响产品稳定性及使用性能。
四、推荐掺量：液体掺量为胶凝总量的1.5～4.0%。
五、使用方法
1、直接掺入混凝土中。2、可使用本品配制其它混凝土外加剂，须经试验确定。
六、注意事项：贮存本品的容器应洁净、密封，使用时须搅拌均匀。

Concrete High-range Water-reducer SM

Concrete High-range Water-reducer SM (Sulfonated Melamine-formaldehyde Resin) is a polymer electrolyte, SM is the best one of existing concrete admixture in comprehensive properties.
It is able to prepare high-strength concrete and flowing concrete by adding SM into Ordinary Portland Cement. For high-strength concrete the compressive strength will reach or surpass 80MPa．This concrete is largely used in high-raise building and many important prestressed concrete structure of civil engineering. The flowing concrete is usually used for in-site casting and pump concreting，such as mass foundation and other structure with closs arranging reinforcement .
It has a excellent compatibility for Aluminous Cement. It metallurgical industry SM is often used as major admixture for refractory concrete, included castables and field mixes.
The product of SM is of a white or transparent colourless water solution. Owing to this it can be extensively used in inorganic decorative materials such as man-made marble，terrazzo，paints and various gypsum products .

Principle Technical properties
1．For dosage within 0.5～1.0％ by weight of cement，the water reduction rate will be 20～25％2. When dosage is appropriate , It is able to increase the compressive strength of concrete and mortar by 40～100％ at one day，by 30～60％ at 28 days . The later age strength also in crease (about 20％) .
3. It is able to prepare high strength concrete (60～80MPa，even higher) by using 45.5#～55.5# Ordinary Portland Cement .
4．Adding SM to refractory concrete，from Aluminous Cement，the strength after drying at 110℃ and after burning at high temperature will increases obviously(by 60～170％ for compressive).
5. Because of no air-entrainment SM can be used curing of concrete and their products.
6. The SM is usually applied for α-hemi hydrate gypsum and β-hemi hydrate gypsum，When dosage is 0.5～1.0％ by weight of gypsum，It is able to increase the strength of gypsum by high water-reducing rate.

SM 高效减水剂

一、概况
　　 SM 高效减水剂是一种水溶性阴离子型高聚合物电介质，对水泥具有极强的吸附和分散作用。它是现有混凝土减水剂中综合指标较好的减水剂之一。 SM 高效减水剂的特点是：白色、减水率高、非引气型、氯离子含量低对钢筋无锈蚀、对各种水泥的适应性好。使用 SM 高效减水剂，混凝土早期强度和抗渗性明显增高，施工性、保水性更好。蒸汽养护适应好。 因此不仅适用于泵送混凝土、预制混凝土、管椿混凝土，特别适用于清水混凝土、装饰混凝土、自流平混凝土等。除在混凝土中使用外，也可在石膏中作为减水剂使用，提高石膏制品的强度。

外观：粉剂为色粉末。液体为无色透明液体

本产品分为：
粉末、 40% 液体。

四、适用范围
　　可用于高强混凝土、高流动性混凝土、高耐久性混凝土、铝酸盐水泥耐火混凝土或低水泥耐火浇注科、蒸养混凝土、高强砂浆、石膏制品、自流平地坪、填缝料、灌浆材料等。也可作为光亮剂生产彩色地砖和盾构管片。液体可以用作复配其他外加剂的母液。

五、包装
粉末：塑料密封袋装，每袋 20 公斤 。液体：桶装，每桶 250 公斤 。

六、储存
粉末易吸潮，应在密封的原装袋中存放，并置于干燥的地方。储存期：一年。

七、运输规定
不燃，无毒，一般运输要求。

SM High-Range water Reducer

一、 Description
　　 System High efficient water reducer is a negative ion type high polymer dielectric material which can be dissolved in water. It has very strong adsorption and dispersion effects to the cement. It is one of the good water reducers which have the better comprehensive property indexes. Its characteristics are: white, high water reducing effect, non-air-entrained, low C1 ion content (thus the steel bars in the concrete cannot be rusted), suitable for various cements. When this product is applied, the early strength and the anti-water-permeation of the concrete are increased obviously, and the construction property and the water-keeping ability of the concrete will be better. Therefore, it is not only suitable to be used in the pump concrete, the prefabricated concrete, the tube pile concrete , but also it is specially suitable to be used in the faiv-face comcrete concrete, the decoration concrete , the self-flowing concrete, and son on . Besides the uses in the concrete. It also can be used in the gypsum as the water reducer to enhance the strength of the gypsum.

四、 Suitable application range
　　This product can be applied in the high strength concrete, the high fluidity concrete, the high duration concrete, the aluminate cement refractory concrete or the low cement refractory concrete, the grouting materials, the steam curing concrete, the high strength mortar , the gypsum products, The self-flowing ground, the stuffing materials, the grouting materials, and so on . It also can be used as the brightened agent for manufacturing the coloured ground brick and the tunnel liner. The liquid product can be used as the mother liquor to compound the other additional agent.

五、 Package
Powder: plastic sealed bag . 20kg per bag , solution ： in bulk 250kg drum.

六、 Storage
This powder is easy to absorb the moisture from the air. So it must be kept in the original sealed bag and stored at the dry place. The storage period is one year.

七、 Transportation
This product is non-toxin and non-flammable. So the transportation requirement is general.
